The lie of Hollywood movies

You need to understand something: a street fight is not like a movie fight.

It's not like a boxing match either.

A street fight... it's fast, vicious and unpredictable.

All it takes is one wrong move to kill someone, or worse, get yourself killed.

And you can run into some knife-wielding nutcase, or whatever.

There are no rules.

There's no referee to stop the fight.

So you have to understand something.

In the street, the goal is not to win the fight... but to avoid it.

There are many ways of reacting that will enable you to calm situations down BEFORE they escalate, and walk away unharmed.

In 85% of cases, it is possible to prevent an aggression and/or dissuade the aggressor from carrying out the act before the situation escalates (if you follow the right methods).

And in the remaining 15% of cases where physical confrontation becomes mandatory...

You can forget the technical moves you've learned in the gym.

In a stressful situation, you won't be able to repeat technical moves even if you've mastered them perfectly in training.

It's a survival reflex: panic paralyzes your cognitive functions, stiffens your joints, accelerates your heart rate and reduces your field of vision.

Under these conditions, it becomes impossible to think and act according to a complex protocol.

That's why you need to know SIMPLE, INTUITIVE gestures that don't require learning.

I'll show you in detail the 4 simple gestures that will enable you to disorientate an opponent, giving you time to escape.

Module 1

The 8 fundamental rules

WARNING: one of these techniques is forbidden in most combat sports, and for a reason. It can cause serious damage, even if you take it easy. Use only as a last resort.

I show you the most common street aggression situations (and how to get out of them), so you won't be helpless the day it happens to you.
